This course is based on the 2013 Framework for Teaching.

Designed for instructional coaches and school leaders, as well as those who want to build their observation and feedback skills, this course will prepare participants to support a culture of adult learning and growth in schools. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of bias and the Framework’s components and rubrics, practice aligning evidence to the rubrics, and develop plans for observation and coaching cycles.

Enrollment includes 90 days of access to this course, beginning on the enrollment date. Course access expires automatically at the end of this period, regardless of progress or completion status. If access expires before completion, the course will need to be re-purchased. Certificate for 12 hours
